These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Bramblebook iOS app and bramblebook.com (together, the "Service"), operated by Logan Serman ("we", "us"). By downloading or using the Service you agree to these Terms.

The Service

Bramblebook publishes a new branching children's story every day across three imprints — Early Reader, Picture Book, and Chapter Book. At most turns, the reader chooses what happens next.

Subscriptions & purchases

Full access to each day's editions is unlocked by Bramblebook Annual, an auto-renewable yearly subscription purchased on bramblebook.com. The price is shown before you purchase; payment is processed by Stripe, and we never see or store your card details.

After purchase you receive a redemption code that unlocks the app on up to five devices in your family. The subscription renews yearly at the same price unless cancelled before the end of the current period. You can update payment details, turn off renewal, or cancel any time at bramblebook.com/portal using your code or the email you purchased with.

Restoring access

If you reinstall the app or use a new device, redeem your code again from the subscription screen. Your code is on your purchase receipt email, and works on up to five devices while your subscription is active.

Acceptable use

The Service is for personal, non-commercial family use. You agree not to copy, redistribute, or resell its content, or attempt to access it other than through the app's normal interface.

Disclaimer & liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the Service.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information. We collect no personal information.
