Terms of Use (EULA)

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Bramblebook iOS app and bramblebook.com (together, the "Service"), operated by Logan Serman ("we", "us"). By downloading or using the Service you agree to these Terms.

The Service

Bramblebook publishes a new branching children's story every day across four imprints — Early Reader, Picture Book, Chapter Book, and Comic. At most turns, the reader chooses what happens next.

Subscriptions & purchases

Full access to each day's editions is unlocked by an auto-renewable subscription or a one-time lifetime purchase, sold through the Apple App Store:

• Bramblebook Monthly — an auto-renewable subscription billed monthly. It unlocks every day's new branching storybook across all four imprints, with unlimited reading and saved favorites.
• Bramblebook Lifetime — a one-time purchase that unlocks the same content permanently.

Prices are shown in the app in your local currency before you purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. An auto-renewable subscription automatically renews for the same period at the same price unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple Account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription, and turn off auto-renewal, in your Apple Account settings after purchase. Any unused portion of a free trial, where offered, is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

Restoring purchases

If you reinstall the app or use a new device, you can restore a previous purchase with the "Restore Purchases" button on the subscription screen.

Acceptable use

The Service is for personal, non-commercial family use. You agree not to copy, redistribute, or resell its content, or attempt to access it other than through the app's normal interface.

Disclaimer & liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the Service.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information. We collect no personal information.
